1. What Daily Flow is

Daily Flow is a personal finance organization tool. It lets you log income and expenses, track recurring bills, set savings goals, and see a summary of your financial situation.

The App is an informational and organizational tool. It does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice, and nothing shown in the App (including the "financial health" card) should be treated as professional guidance. Financial decisions remain solely your responsibility.

2. Account and registration

Using Daily Flow requires creating an account with an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

The App is intended for use by people 18 years of age or older.

3. Trial and subscription

New accounts get a free 30-day trial with full access to the App.

After that period, logging new entries requires a paid monthly subscription. Even without an active subscription, you can still view data you already logged.

Subscriptions are processed by a third-party payment provider (Stripe) and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from account settings. Canceling stops future charges but does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the current period, except where required by law. You can also update your payment method and view your invoice history at any time from account settings.

If a charge fails, you are notified within the App itself and can update your payment method before access is suspended. Access is only blocked after every new charge attempt has failed.

Where applicable, the price shown at checkout may be converted by Stripe to your card's local currency, including a conversion margin charged by Stripe itself. In those cases, the amount charged at each renewal may vary slightly based on the day's exchange rate.

4. Your data within the App

The entries, categories, goals, and other data you create belong to you. Details on how this data is stored and used are in our Privacy Policy.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, under Settings > Delete account. This action is permanent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access other people's accounts, and not to interfere with the normal operation of the service.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the App available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated within the App itself.

8. Governing law
